How long does production take?
Each bunny is made to order and dispatched within 3 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll confirm if this is possible.
Are personalised items refundable?
Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
- The item arrives damaged, or
- There has been a mistake on our behalf.
If there are any issues, please contact us and we’ll be happy to resolve the problem.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
Once the item has been personalised/printed, cancellations are no longer possible.
How do I clean the bunny?
Spot clean only is recommended. Please avoid machine washing.
How big is the bunny?
Our bunny measures approximately:
- 34cm in height
- 26cm in sitting position
Is the bunny suitable for newborns?
Yes ! Our bunnies are suitable for all ages, including from birth, when used as intended. They feature embroidered eyes and nose for added child safety.
Are your toys safety tested?
Absolutely. All of our soft toys fully comply with EN71 European Toy Safety standards.
We also use ECO PASSPORT certified inks, produced to recognised industry safety standards. Certification documents are available to download if required.
